CELLOGEL ELECTROPHORESIS

The new product Celloclear Agarose Plus surpasses all the other technologies of Capillary electrophoresis and electrophoresis on Agarose both for speed and diagnostic reliability. With an 18 x 24 cm film it is possible to carry out up to 144 tests of serum proteins in micro technique in 1 hour, 72 High Resolution tests of serum proteins in 1 hour and 18 IFE tests in 2 hours.
Electrophoresis on Celloclear Agarose Plus is very simple and much easier than on agarose; the costly systems of circulating cold water or Peltier control which are necessary with all the commercial agarose gels are not required.

Protein samples may be deposited in cathodic zone, or in central zone, or in anodic zone of the electrophoresis film with the same final results of migrations. In this way the whole surface of the transparent gel may be utilized.
For istance, thanks to its special features Celloclear Agarose Plus can replace Titan III dry cellulose acetate in Helena Zip Zone chamber without the cooling system necessary for commercial agarose, halving prices and doubling the number of serum proteins tests per film.
